To create a space in the heart of Poznań that is accesable to all, where yoga is practiced as an entire philosophy, a whole lifestyle. 

We go beyond breath and awareness and look at how a dedicated yoga practice and impact our place in the world.

Studio facilities

Our studio is designed to support a calm, focused, and comfortable practice. The space is light-filled and open, creating a sense of ease from the moment you arrive. High-quality mats and props are available, along with a simple changing area and a quiet, minimal atmosphere. Every detail is intentionally considered so you can fully arrive, settle, and focus on your practice.
